Redness, soreness and seems very hot! Urgently need some help with this situation please

hi, ive been suffering with this for 2 years now. seem multiple dermatologists and they all say its nothing, had a biopsy done and it found nothing either. had multiple sti tests all negative.

my foreskin at best looks a little waxy, or on a bad day it can just turn bright red and be very uncomfortable and sore. but no discharge at all or blisters appear. that area always seems to be extremely hot even when I am not doing anything, and simple drive or walk can be uncomfortable.

I am completely out of ideas what could help this out not and I am hopeful that someone out there can give some good advice to me.

    "it's nothing" does not sound like something a doctor should say.

    Did you ask if it looks normal to them? this would be the only reason they could have to say "its nothing"

    Is your skin wet under the foreskin or dry?

      sometimes when its bad i would best describe it as moist under the foreskin. and when it flares up its only for a couple days at a time, then it settles down a bit. and majority of the time I've been to dermatologist or doctor is hasn't been that red unfortunately. but I have shown pictures and they do agree it doesn't look right but because blood tests are all good and sti tests are negative they don't know.

      im avoiding any creams currently but every now and then i have a flare up. recently i thought it was all improving and then it all went red raw yesterday. are you experiencing anything like this?

      yes.... but for me the glans is just red and hot but i wont feel anything bad.

      You have something different.

      same on the head mate or just the foreskin?

      Had the same thing ongoing for 4 years or so. Flares up, some days better than others. Tired antifungal cream/tablets, antibiotics creams and tablets. No discharge or anything just like yourself really, when I had some STI/D checks done all clear. Would love for it to go but I'm just at a loss. Maybe a prostate issue flaring from within is what im wondering now? May go back to the docs

      i have this exact thing i tried so many fungle things i have a belief its hard penis syndrome from cpps flare ups check into that n yall let me know what you think 🤔

    hi @blue8899 , have similar symptoms and currently seeing pelvic specialist. all tests not showing anything also. curious if you have had sex with a partner (female)and if they have experienced any symptoms afterwards?
