Any idea what this redness is caused by? no pain just slightly itchy. No sex or masturbation over the last few days so doubt it is friction related?

Photo 1 shows quite a high level of skin irritation - make sure you are only using water to clean your penis with - when you shower draw your foreskin fully forward to protect the area from getting soap and suchlike on it.

Wash everywhere else on your body and fully rinse, be very careful washing the inner-foreskin and the irritated skin - no hot water, you also need to ensure to remove ALL moisture as this can further irritate the compromised skin. Only use towels that you can access and these should be clean and dry prior to use.

Do NOT apply anything else to the skin until it is completely healed - I would say if it has not fully cleared within 4 to 5 weeks go see your doctor. or better still, see a Dermatologist if you can

believe it or not it lasted a day. I have posted a lot on these sites and have seen a lot of medical professionals in all fields, gps, gum, urology, gastro and derm. Not help and no cream or pills helped.

I am seeing a neurologist and going down the route of pudendal neuralgia, triggered by oral and an infection, potentially herpes. I fit with this most of all and makes sense. i tick the boxes as outlined in nantes criteria.
