Reduced citalopram from 40mg to 30mg

hello all reduced my citalopram 40mg to 30mg advised my the hospital as I was getting heart palpitations so they lowered my dose of citalopram and gave me 150mg of pregabalin which I've been taking 2 weeks now and been on the 30mg for 3 weeks now . I'm still feeling low, anxious. head is tight and all over the place . I was told pregabalin can take up to 4 weeks to work at calming anxiety. is it normal to still be feeling like this after reducing my citalopram ?? and how long from experience have people started to feel like there self again after reducing please . thank you xxx
