I have tried reducing from 20mg to 10mg and am having really bad withdrawal symptoms, very light headedness, shakey feeling inside, eyes twitching etc. Has anyone else suffered from these feeling on lowering dosage,

Hilary. Perhaps lowering from 20 to 10 mg's is too much of drop for you. I'm also reducing but I'm doing it 2.5 mg's at a time for a 2 week stretch. Read in here how ppl have reduced and you will find lots of help. Good luck and stay positive.

I quit cold turkey 20 mlgms a day. It hasn't had any side affects for me personally, but I've had other people warn me about quitting like that. I think you'll be fine, but if your problems don't go away within the next few days you should definitely consult your doctor

Yes I sure did each time I dropped 10mg. Brain zaps...insomnia....mood swings...tearful....and not wanting to do much but be alone.
Good luck.
Once again, I'm so glad to be off the drug.
