Reducing steroids

i managed to get to 3mg but then a flare up s
o back on 10mg. PAINS HAVE GONE !! When do i start reducing?

Why does everyone want to get off or below 5mg of pred. When I get to 5 I'll stay on that for ever Doc says some have to stay on 10mg of pred. I'll be happy with that I'm on 9 then 8 .

I think the same way too. The only thing I wonder about is getting the adrenal glands to kick in gear again and knowing when they are.

At 5mg you are probably fine!!!

yes stay at 5 mg pred thankyou EILeen thats what my specialist says
