Reflux related?

Hello all. I'm having weird pain in my throat. This is the second time this has happened. First was little over a month ago. I do take prilosec daily. Anyone with reflux ever had bad pain in your throat area? Starts at the tonsils and goes down to the breast bone. Gets horrible when I breathe in. Stabbing pain. First time this happened, I went to ER. They ran blood work, xrays of chest, ECG. Got sent home and never got an answer. It took a couple of days the first time to get better. I did take 3 tums and some pepto. Didn't work. Wish it would hurry up and go away. Thanks for any help.
