I had a ZEiss Trifocal lens exchange 6 months ago. VIsion is less than perfect in right eye. Has anyone had a similar issue after cataract surgery. My DR blames it as Dry Eyes but having tried all sorts of drops, still not able to see from MOnitor distance onwards
