Regarding Offbalance/Nausea

Posted , 6 users are following.

I am 28 years old. I had gone through forum and found you with related symptoms of mine like body offbalance/imbalance  always and sometimes cant concentrate on things, with people who talk because of always imbalance. while driving, walking also I feel same. I had my MRI brain, ECG, 2D Stress, thyroid all were normal. Nausea is always but never vomit. due to nausea cant eat much.

even when I sit on chair sometimes I feel I fall down. and when I try to walk/drive in sunny days I cant even drive or walk because of sun. it feels I cant even walk and feel like imbalance more in sun.

When I showed to ENT specialist he said its not vertigo. Imbalance is different thing and he did not recommend me any medicine and said its all your feelings only which generate anxiety and imbalance.

after gone through several forums found out Vit D Deficinecy and checked that after that found I am Vit D deficient person just 2 days back.

So my question is by taking vit d  medications will imbalance problem vanish?

Please need your help badly because daily life is spoiling because of this issue.

You are not alone. I have had this problem now for two and half years. Sometimes I can feel like am falling while seated but have never fallen. I can't turn very fast, can't look up, I can't even sleep while facing up. I have seen doctors and prescribed different medicines and none of them have worked as such.

This thing comes and I can have it for weeks to months then it disappears by itself. It becomes very hard to explain to people that I feel like falling when seated or even in bed

Wish you luck and if you get a solution please share it

Most people have low vitamin D, it is very common. We don't get enough sun light. Take D3 to help with this but it may not fix your problem. Look into neck issues. MAny people have a problem with their SCM muscle in their neck which can give you these problems. Do a search on SCM muscle issue and rwad about it.

Hello,  my neulologist advised me to take magnesium tablets, and I am having acupuncture which is assisting me and offering relief from my symptoms.  I have told that the titenus, vertigo, pressure in head may be caused by my anxiety and stress.I refuse to take anti depressants .  I cannot provide an answer to the vit d as not experienced this. I must say the acupuncture has relieved the pressure in my sinus and head and I feel more relaxed.

A lot,of,people Re Magnesium deficient and it's v.important to supplement it. You really need Chelated  Magnesium, as regular is hard to absorb so can be waste of money. Also Magnesium Oil Spray is good. I use it on my neck when sore and stiff.  Acupuncture can be great too. I tried it first year i had this and the first time it worked, and I had 4 blissful vertigo free days. But it returned and all other appointments after that did nothing!

if you want to avoid taking anti d's. Can i suggest you get some good relaxation discs, or whater ppl,use these days to,listen.  I also have tinnitus, which I had years before this happened to me, so I dont agree that it is causing your stress etc.  It is like, putting the cart before the horse to say that. It is the vertigo symptoms that cause us stress and anxiety because our system (Vestibular mostly) is,out of Sync.  These drs have never experienced it, they can only go on theor textbooks, so i ignore all that now!
