Regressing with ahoulder

I was given exercises by an orthopedoc doctor to prevent frozen ahoulder, after a dislocation. The exerxises caused exceutiating pain but I’d been trying to get through it.

Today, one of the xercises caused my shoulder to pop out-not a complete dislocation, just a wuick pop-and I feel worse than I did before starting the exercises. The armpit pain that had aubsided had returned, though not as intense as before, and my arm feels like it’s pinned to my rins again.

I did not feel comfortable soing the rxercises, given the amount of pain I was in but I was frightened into doing them, with frozen shoulder looming in the future. Because I have a relatively low tolerance for pain, I also doubted myself.

However, I don’t understand why, if my shoulder is no longer dislocated and x rays showed nothing, I’m still in so much pain. To me, that is a sign that something is not right somewhere.   I’m really stressed. This is my dominant side and I’m afraid I’ll mever be able to use it again.
