Regression

As title says, I've now regressed to being an unsecure, lost, thumb sucking child again.  I'm so not with it right now.  Too much going on in my life, and too much stress.  Started with delusion, then this.  Any advice/help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I don't know what the answer is, but it sounds like you are running away from womething.

Tell us what you mean by too much going on in your life mami5.  Why are you so stressed?  What are you hiding from?

The more you can tell us, the better help we can give.

    We are here for you.

I'm not running away, and I can't hide.  Can't go to too much details on here but I have health issues I must deal with, plus my dog is twerminally ill, have other issues too.  I'm meant to be 51, but these days I'm around 4/5 I'd say.  My psychologist knows all my issues and understands I have a lot going on at the moment.

Well, I'd say you are running away from something that you don't want to confront, or if you prefer, the ostrich effect, head in the sand, you can't see it, maybe when you pop your head up, it will have all gone away.

You're not giving us much to go on, to help you here.

Then stick with your psychologist .We are mere mortals on  this forum..

I think this reply was harsh and uncalled for.  A post on here is usually a cry for help or emotional support, your reply gives neither.

Look outside of the box Patricia, sometimes a nudge away from the

oohs and aaahs, sometimes helps to show people that they have two feet ,

and can possibly put their mind to why they are feeling so awful

Blinkers are all very well, but they stop you seeing what is in front of you.
