reinstated MIRT 7.5 after none for 4 months - no rest

pleade help and he gentle my state of mind is not good. i was on mirt 15 and temazapam 22 jan 18-aug18 switch Temazapm to ambien then tapered MIRT aug18-may19 sleep worsened. by july things very bad. tried a couple drugs. doctor told me stop ambien since it wasnt helping. reinstated mirt 7.5... not helping. most alert ar night... drowsy maybe 9am... must be getting micro sleep to function barely during day..MIRT 7.5 has been 9 days. dont want to keep it up if its making me more alert after dose at 1am... surviving antidepressant forum said i need to stop making changes but why am i taking mirt if its not help- not sure if 7.5 dose is whats keeping me calm sort of during day...
