i came off mirtazapine dec and after 4 weeks off it my insomnia returned. I reinstated on 3.75mg but after 10 days didn't do anything. I'm now on 7.5mg for the last 6 days still not getting any sleep. Not sure what to do?.
I've had roughly 2 nights week sleep of 5 hours.

Hi Rachel,
Sorry to hear you're going through this.
Im on 7.5 at the moment. The sleep isnt as good for me as it was on 15.
My advice is to exercise as much as you can if possible. That really helps me.
Cutting out caffeine altogether is another recommendation i've heard.
