Relapse :(

i started sertraline in feb this year after a big depressive episode. Been on 100mg for 6 months and was doing really well but recently have started dipping again and feel as though i'm relapsing. My medication was increased around 4 weeks ago to 150mg. I'm currently feeling very low and hopeless. How can I carry this on forever? Really could do with some support. Could my mood be getting worse as a reaction to the dose increase? I'm so confused

    hey can i ask why you increased your dosage if you were doing great??
