REM and Sleep Apnea Help

Posted , 3 users are following.

My family member may have REM or Sleep Apnea but

she is unable to take the overnight sleep observation exam and at home sleep apnea test.

She has dementia and cognitive impairment.

What are some tips or products I can buy to help reduce REM symptoms? Example, I read that some patients could wear oven mitts to sleep to give them barriers.

Thanks.

It's noisy and very uncomfortable. I had no idea there was a natural way to help me.

Read on to discover how I finally put an end to years of broken sleep and constant tiredness.

by following a simple and all-natural system that had me sleeping like a baby in no time!
