Reoccurring lipase level elevations ?

i have been experiencing this on and off for the better part of 10 years .

i get sick with nausea and pain , get this high elevation in lipase and by the time i get an ultrasound the levels have settled and they just say it was probably pancreatitis .

does anyone else have experience with this ?

ibe had stomach endoscopy which is clear

ultrasound which is clear
