They keep coming and going. The liquid is always clear and it can drain or be drained. When they fill they are very very sore. Dr. said it must be something I am eating or drinking that irritates it but I can't figure out any triggers. Anyone experience this? They have been on a d off for probably 2 years.

just write down what you are eating and drinking daily keep a diary to see if you can spot any irritants.asked to be referred to the ENT dept I know this is a bad time but if it is a continual problem they may be able to help use a good mouthwash and good dental care.best wishes.
