Reoccurring red dots and inflammation on glans penis thamt flares up after sex (think it's balantis

i have had these red dots on my glans penis that come and go for about a month now and they seem to flare up after i've had sex with my gf then settle down after a few days.

It all started after we used an oil based lubricant that ended up burning the both of us so we stopped using it , the day after we used it i noticed the red patch as well as some of the red dots. Went to the sexual health clinic and they perscribed me canestan as they it was possible that there was also a yeast infection developing. I used the cream for 10 days and it cleared up the issue. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the red dots have flared up again. Went to the walk in centre and the doctor said it could be possible contact dermetitis and gave me 1%w/w hydrocortisone cream (with antifungal) for 7 days.

This cleared it up again, however once again the same issue happened and it is flared up again, i actually don't know what is going on??

I only wash with warm water and make sure to dry afterwards but still seem to get the flare ups
