REOCCURRING Vulva Itching for past 6 months

I have been having vaginal itching for past 6 months now .. i have gone to multiple doctor s ( 7 ) like dermatologist , general physicians, gynecologist .. run a lot of scans .. blood report showed little high on Lymphocytes and ESR .. Abdominal scan showed suggested to check pelvic inflammation .. Urine report showed no organisms and 4-5 pus cells .. When I get my medications .. it gets cured and again .. the itching starts .. and this is how it has been for 6 months .. Around the labia and clitoris is the itching .. when the itching increases .. the labia gets swollen a little bit .. I have little burning during the itching .. No frequent urge of urination or burning sensation during urination ..

I have tried sitbaths with baking soda , Sitbaths with Triphala powder .. drank neem juices empty stomach , hibiscus tea .. applying coconut oil, applying curd, nothing helped ..

Please help .. I am so depressed with this itching constantly coming back again ..

now i see little white bumps and a worried wat this is .. Can someone Help

    in my option i think its VP i hve had the same vulvar itching for 6-7 months now then i saw these bumps develop at times it even would burn with urinating

    see how they are linear on the left side?
