Repeat HS boils in same area

Hi all,
Newbie here. I have had HS since my early 20s (about 20 years). I used to get books only in the armpits and now I predominantly get them in the groin. For the last three months, I have been getting a boil in the same spot in my groin. It takes about a week to come to a head and then drains and scars. Repeat. It's insnt large, maybe he size of a grape at most, but it feels deep.
Has anyone had a repeat boil? Is this something that you have had to have removed surgically?

Yes, I have a couple spots on the groin and breast that keep coming back. I haven't done surgery (no insurance). I put warm compress,tea tree oil, and turmeric powder. I'm not sure if it even helps.
I'm currently trying a drawing salve called "Prid". I got it from Wal-Mart. Today is first day using it, it might help you?

Sounds like you have HS. You'll need to see a doctor who knows how to treat it. Surgery should be reserved for last resort. This is a good site with people who have HS and you can get good information on how to treat it. But, a doctor who knows how to diagnose and treat HS is your best option. I sure wish you the best.
