Repeat messages again

i have bee receiving the same message twice again, has anybody else.

    I'm finding the email notifications and the in-site notifications seem to be separated by quite a long gap. But can't say I definitely noticed duplicates. What does happen is I look at one post notification, see other later posts and read them and then later there is the in-site notification - and when I get there I think,"but I've read that already"! That can be quite confusing.
