Repetitive Sore Throat

Posted , 1 user is following.

Every summer I work abroad and I believe the air conditioning on both a long haul flight and in my cabin along with the humid and hot air outside causes me to get a throat infection such as tonsillitis every summer. Often this infection spreads to both my ear canals as well which is not fun I will tell you... I’ve been reading up about salt inhalers and nebulisers (I’m usually given a nebuliser treatment when the infection spreads..  not my body doesn’t like to contain things to one area when I get sick it’s a whole body affair) ...has anyone used a salt inhaler and does a nebuliser seem like a good preventative solution? I really would like to avoid another bout of tonsillitis ear and chest infection to avoid anti biotics again sad
