Reproductive issues? Please help me!

I'm not sure where exactly to put this, but I think that it should go under general health, since it is related to that.Okay, let me explain my situation:

Between the ages of 11 and 19, I rarely menstruated, maybe once or twice a year at the most. I fell ill when I was 19 and my periods came back after 3 months. I lost some weight, and they came back monthly and I got into a regular cycle. My periods were medium-heavy, lasted for exactly 4 days and came around 23-30 days in my cycle, going from heavy to light and were manageable. Everything was great.

For the past two cycles, my periods have been acting strangely. I never got my second last period until the 35th day of my cycle (November 14th, that Monday) and it was pretty heavy and lasted for 5 days this time. It went away on the fourth day, and came back on the morning of the 5th and was a bit heavy but went away the 5th night.

For this period, it came around the 29th day of my cycle (Tuesday December 13th) and is still onoing. On the 3rd day (Thursday) it almost stopped completely, but came back heavy that night, and on Friday morning, it started to die off, but came back again this morning (Saturday) with clots in it and pain along the top of my vagina, connecting to the stomach. Although it's not super heavy, it's still there and I am clotting a lot.

I have been avoiding coffee, drinking water, eating okay and not been stressed at all.

What is wrong with me? Is there something wrong with my reproductive organs? Is my uterus developing fibroids? What's up? Can someone help me out, please?

I am 21, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

Update: Some of the clots are bigger than normal and there is a cramping sensation in my vagina/uterus area and along my legs. Has been like this all day, and a bit yesterday but not as bad as today. Period is still here, but mostly fine 9not overly heavy).
