Request for Forum User Feedback
Posted , 16 users are following.
Hello,
We recognise that recent changes to the forums have not worked for all users. Therefore, we are now planning an update to improve users experience of the forums. As part of this we are requesting that you please add your requests or ideas that are your highest priorities as a reply to this discussion.
Once we receive a suitable number of suggestions we will put these into a survey where users can then vote for the change(s) they would most like to see in the update. Once we have the results we will do the required changes and share these with you for any comments before we release to the site to ensure we have got it right.
There are some things we cannot do such as removal of ads as they fund the site, reinstate emails for every post and reversion to old format of the site. All other constructive suggestions to improve the forums will be considered.
While we may not be able to do everything that is suggested in this update we will take note of users input in deciding priorities.
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Patient

I agree. We used to do that. Or if anyone starts a new conversation we use to get a message. But all seemed to have stopped now. I will be great if it works again like before

Hi, I seem to have stop getting daily newsfeed like I used to do. I have been missing a lot lately. I check my settings and it seems OK. I check my spam folder there is nothing there either. It is very stressful that I cannot get any news or support from my group. Please help. I really value this group. Thank you

To be able to have a search bar in the menopause community forum, so we can just type a keyword into it e.g ( hot flushes, anxiety ) and then see all the related posts.

I am new here but am rather dismayed I can't search within the forum. There must be other people experiencing what I am but other than wade through pages and pages the only way to know seems to be to ask again.

would like to be able to private message each other if we choose to.. would like to be able to find the patient site easier from my browser.. I have to save the 66 peri symptoms list and go back to that just to enter ..and would live for that extra password entry thats 9 secret letters long to be taken down.. dont think we need that! our regular passwords should be sufficient..
