Require sutures for healing??

im diagnosed with recurrent vulvo vaginal candidiasis. been suffering from 1.5 yr.im on antifungal treatment.due to home treatments and intense itching,my posterior fourchette is not healing,getting irritated and inflamed when soap water touches that area.consulted gync and she prescribed beclomethasone steroid.it didnt worked and rawness of posterior fourchette area didnt improve. does suturing helps in healing that area( blue marking in pictures)

i also noticed a bump near that area.can anyone tell what is that( green marking in pictures) is that a wart?
