Researching possible new calm and/or cure for NP

Hi all

First posting here but have been following/read most of the threads going back some years on all and any forums I could find.

I’ve had NP for around 3 years, only recently formally diagnosed, although had nasty nodules just on my bum a few years before that, that in retrospect must have been an early iteration. More recently started very aggressively on lower legs which combined with Dermatillomania (overwhelming skin picking desire) left me in constant agony. Now spread to whole body (fortunately not face).

The reason for finally posting is that I’m researching and interested to hear from anyone who has tried any form of Chinese Medicine to help or cure this ailment. I’m not talking about the ridiculous scammers who repeatedly post nonsense on these forums but whether you’ve had a proper and regular consultations with an accredited professional and stuck to a course of treatment for at least 3 weeks. Appreciate all and any feedback, after which I shall share my more details of my experience.

As I’m trying to garner as much background as possible, please do not be offended to find this enquiry on more than one forum.
