Responds favorably to baby aspirin?

Posted , 2 users are following.

I have a variety of unspecified but per the doctor "harmless" arrhythmias, and sometimes they are very bothersome, no matter what the doctor(s) say, but in some cases it seems to help if I take just an 81mg "baby" aspirin, seems to relieve it somewha.

Anyone else have that experience?

Thanks.

    Hi jx

Never heard of that but if it helps you and your doctor is ok with taking it then it's great.

For me useful things have been: regular cardio 30 mins 4 times a week on cross trainer. I started gentle and built up my fitness. Obviously check with your doctor first before starting any new excercise. Also good regular sleep, smaller meals (I can eat too much often and too late at night) not smoking and working on relaxing, and praying to God and trusting God that I will be ok. I have had them on and off for 10 years, 3 oor four bouts in 10 years, often none then maybe 2 or 3 months of lots of atrial ectopics. I usually work on my excercise and lifestyle, relaxation, and prayer and then they usually go after a while.

    Hope this helps,

    Blessings,

    Mark.
