Restarting antidepressants HELP

hi all , its been a long time since ive posted , i really need to get back on meds i feel terrible with the usual anxiety and depression side effects, i was on citalopram but getting in my doctors was near on impossible so ran out and feared restarting as when i first started i remember the side effects to begin with were terrifying and i cant go through it again , just thinking about the first two weeks makes me panic, i have a new doctors appointment on friday and really want to try something else,

i have serious health and social anxiety and its effecting me a lot , is there anything else i could take that doesnt have such horrible side effects to start with , maybe just worse for me so not like this for everyone im sure

    sorry to tell you if you suffer before you might suffer again.i know i suffered the side effects with five different ones .best regards
