Restarting Paroxatine

Hi Everyone - i have been on paroxetine for 22 years. Recently due to months of chronic stress it doesn't feel like its working as well. The doctor took me off it and put me on Sertraline for a week and it was horrific. I've just started back on Paroxetine as at least i could somewhat function. I was off it for 10 days in total. Since going back on it i have every side effect possible. Is this usual after only a short break? Any knowledge/advice etc would be appreciated.

    i have just resintated after 3 months and same having all side effects worst being lack of sleep

    have they given you anything else to cope
