Restless about tomorrow

Hi,

Can someone please can give me advice how to be as calm as possible? I'm 19 years old. I have a generalized anxiety disorder and tomorrow I have my first appointment at my new freelance work place. I choose this to build up rhythm again and feel better again, without the pressure of a paid job.

Sadly I do feel pressure and I am feeling this now a lot. It's evening now in my country and I feel very restless. I didn't work or did school for 2 years, so this will be a huge step for me. I don't know how I can calm myself down the best way. I suffer now from high stress and depersonalisation/derealisation. It's only a appointment for 30 till max 60 minutes, but I know when I feel really stressful and anxious this short amount of time can feel like it's taking for ever.

Someone please help me:(

Check out some of the You Tube meditations for anxiety, fear, etc.

I like the long ones like "Deep Sleep" as it relaxes you and takes you right off to sleep giving valuable advice how to regulate your breathing when anxious.

I love the part of it where you go to the cottage on the sea with the crackling fire and the big, cushy bed.

I'm a nervous wreck for what I'm currently going through (also have GAD) and it put me right off to sleep last night.

I will check it out. I hope it works for now.

But the question was also for tomorrow. How can I keep myself calm when I'm there. I'm afraid that I will have terrible anxiety when I'm there.

I want to look into mindfulness and I hope that it will help me out in such moments, but there is too little time to try that out.

I feel really hopeless now. I can feel very high stress in my entire body.
