Hi delyth, I have been on Pramipexole ℅ 2 years now,

Starting with one tablet 0.25 at night and slept like a baby.

over time I have needed to increase to a further 2 o.25 tablets one hour before bed.

Now I have debilitating symptoms(augmenting) in early afternoon,

i will ask my specialist if I can come off this medication , possibly switching to Lyrica        Frea

I have trawled through most of the medication mentioned and after a while they are less effective, on 3mgm patches, worked for a year, now these are not working, for the past fortnight have had very little sleep.

My Doctor won't refer me back to Neurologist, so guess I have to accept this illness and let it rule my life.

I hope your Neurologist finds some suitable medication for this debilitating illness we all have. I also wish more awareness of RLS was made public and more research into finding a cure for this horrendous illness. I live in hope!!!

i have been taking pramipexole for a few years now along with paracetemol and recently Tramadol.

Been fairly successful with this combination.

Pramipexole doesn't have any side effects as far as i know.
