I am trying iron and magnesium supplements at the moment although I am on. Ropinirol.
I have found that 5mins on the power plate at the gym to be really helpful.

I use 400 mg of magnesium a day, but have never heard of a power plate ..what is it and how does it work? Would a wheelchair user be able to use a power plate?
Thank you!

Not sure if pp is suitable for a wheelchair user. Try asking a local gym?
PP is a vibrating platform - time and intensity are variable

I find that keeping my legs warm really helps. Not just at night, but all day. At night I sleep on a Sunbeam heated mattress pad beneath the topper pad. I use it on 1-2 in the summer too. Sure is nice to put my legs into a warm bed.
warm hugs
