Restless legs

This has been an unbearable blight for me during the evenings and during the night. The only respite I could find was to walk about. this solution left me tired and exasperated.

However for the last month I have been free of this horrid condition.

Three months ago I was advised to avoid caffeine as part of the treatment for breast pain. this change in diet coincided with a trip to the dental hygienist who commented on the build up of plaque. I decided to stop eating sweet foods (which I really love).

So, in conclusion I no longer include caffeine or added sugar in my diet and the restless leg syndrome has stopped completely.

This could just be a coincidence but I will be keeping the two items off the menu. Has anyone else a similar experience?

Hope this helps other sufferers
