Retrograde ejaculation

I had Rezum back in 5/21 and am still having issues with retrograde ejaculation and was wondering if anyone on this forum has found any treatments that are working for this condition? This really sucks because ejaculation is just not a physical release but also an emotional release. I don't care what the doctors say my orgasms are not as great as there were just a year and a half ago and I also burn down my penis after ejaculation. Any help would be appreciated.
