Return of anxiety.

Hi everyone, I started Sertraline for anxiety on the 28th June, I took 25mg for the first week then up to 50mg, after a hellish 6 weeks I started to feel a bit better but not great so after 8 weeks the doctor upped the dose to 100mg, I've been taking that dose for two weeks now but since Sunday I've been feeling really anxious and getting sore heads again, I was wondering if this is due to the dose being increased, just seems a bit odd given that it's been two weeks now, any advice would be appreciated.
