Return to teaching after TRHR

Hi all. I'm new to the group. Had a total hip replacement 12 weeks ago. Started back at my teaching job in a secondary school this week. Phased return. I have been in a lot of pain especially in my back. Physio have discharged me and said look up exercise on YouTube. I also have a leg length discrepancy now which I'm trying to get podiatry to sort. It's very depressing at the moment. Is anyone else in the same boat? Thanks.
