I have been doing really well with physio then 6 months after during the first lockdown I had a mild heart attack and stent plus 2 angiorgrams and put in on more meds then physio stopped due to covid , but nearly 18 months on im in a lot of pain although I have good range of movement overall my biceps down to my elbow I've starting getting a lot of pain and stiffened up , I have started exercises again but not sure what to do go back to the consultant although it will be a phone consultation fed up with being in pain.... sheila
