Rezum at Four Months

Just completed four month check with the urologist. Ability to urinate 100%. No delay, pain, or issue. Stream is fine but not as strong as the often mentioned "fire hose" effect. There is still a little occasional urgency which has improved dramatically. In most cases, I am now able to "hold it" when necessary. If I have to go really bad, I might leak just a little. Sexual functions have returned to pre-Rezum which I assume are typical for a 70 year old. I still get up at night, but not as often.

I told the doc I was fine with all this. He said he wanted "perfect and not just fine". Says it's common for Rezum to take six months or longer for full healing. So I'll go back 10 months after the procedure for a recheck.

I have a longer report posted in this group from about one month after the procedure. I don't know how to attach that. So if you are interested, you will have to search for that earlier post.
