Rezum procedure

On the 19th January 2023 I had the Rezum procedure as a day patient. I left hospital with a catheter, which was removed a week later at an out patient clinic. Unfortunately, that same day I began to experience great pain and was unable to pass urine. Subsequently I was admitted to hospital with urine retention were they managed to re insert a catheter after a number of failed attempts. I stayed in for a further 4 days as they monitored my kidneys. Again I was discharged with a catheter and instructed to return after 7 days for removal, on the 6th February. I was aware that this procedures had side effects, pain when urinating, blood in urine, semen. However my main concern is know urgent incontinence, having to urinate when I feel the urge, which has been embarrassing at times. Spoke to my GP who stopped my Solifenacin and prescribed Tolrerodine 1mg, after 1 month symptoms still persist. I'm also prescribed Tamsulosin 400 microgram. Wondering if others have similar problems.
