Rezum prostate procedure burning urination

All,

I had rezum prostate procedure (water vapor to eradicate tissue inside prostate) over a month ago. My biggest concern is that my urination is burning (like a bad bladder infection) although I went to my urologist and he said the urine didn't show an infection, and that these symptoms were part of healing process.

Timeline: after first few days burning stopped and I was peeing without burning with decent stream. Went to my two week follow-up and no symptoms to report - doc said you'll improve from here. Except, a week later the burning came back and increased to strong painful burning and certain had a bladder infection. Went back to doc (see above). Has not improved. I'm taking AZO basically full time. I'm also peeing every hour day and night. Stream has improved quite a bit but the burning is quite painful.

Unlike other guys I'm not seeing any shedding of prostate material, or any bleeding while urinating.
