Rheumatoid artritis and purulent pustules on both feet

Hello,

My mother is 52 years and has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis,Hashimoto's disease (TSH,F4 hormones are normal but the thyroid gland antibodies are high on blood tests) and has purulent pustules on both feet which makes a very big problem for walking and normal functioning. She doesn't have Diabetes,but she has severe joint pain all the time. Does anybody know something about this kind of condition,any advice about some treatment,because the doctors in our country doesn't seem to have any answers for this kind of condition.
