I don't have any nodules I can see or feel but both my thumb and ring finger are extremely painfull and swollen, so much so I cannot grip anything making my left hand mostly useless. I have developed nodules on my elbow and now my collarbone though. I have also developed nodules in my lung, under investigation at the moment.

I have nodules on my arm near my elbow and have found a couple starting on my hand near the knuckle.  Just one of the many joys of having R.A. unfortunately.

I developed a nodule on my foot at the joint by my pinky toe. I believe it was one of the reasons my doc chose to move me from methotrexate to Enbrel. After a year the nodule has pretty much faded. Martin, what are you taking for your RA?

I take Sulfasalazine and sometimes Naproxen, it could be I've just had RA a long time 20 years nearly, or I now have the Rheumatoid Factor which I never had, see my Rheumatologist soon see what he thinks, thanks.

Hi I had a nodule surgically removed from my finger due to the fact it was getting in the way of the normal use of my hand.
