Rhinitis

Hi I am sorry to say that I am the same as you I have tried so many different things and been to the hospital many times. I am not as bad as some it is just the loss of smell and taste along with the inching nose I hate. There must be a miracle cure some where surely.

There are many factors contribute into the Rhinitis. I am suffering it too. Find out throught your diet and see if cafein contribute to it or other factors like dust which comes from environment, or dry air or cold air, pollen or weather ect... Once you work it out what it is, you can cure it . I bought a humidifier to keep my nose damp for when my nose dries it causes mucus or sometimes bleeding. I work in the environment which is very dirty. They never mob the floor, or vacumm it so I have to wear mask at work sometimes. Try to work it out the cause of it then you can fix it. Now if I forget to wash my nose, then it becomes itching due to dust. If I wash my nose all the time, then the itch will be gone. It is just minor but I understand it is annoying especially in social gathering. All the best.
