Rib cage pain & throwing up

Hello, I have been suffering rib cage pain on my left side and sometimes it shifts to the right side. I’m unable to lay on my sides and moving and coughing hurts so much more.
Also I’ve been extremly nautious and throwing up. I’ve had an on going headache for 2 days that’s been making me dizzy. I’ve had tests done and it’s come back as pleurisy and a fatty liver but no medication is helping me. I’ve been off of work and I’ve also got a toddler that makes it very hard to do my normal life things as I also have difficulty walking .
I will do anything to feel relief and I’m so tired of having this pain and feeling like I can’t do anything. It all started as a virus that attacked my body and now phlegm and a cough that will not go away !
Does anyone have any advice for me ?

I have a little bit of a fatty liver as well. I have lost some weight and try and eat healthy. I don't drink any alcohol or caffeine anymore at all. I try not to eat red meat at all and in eating more salad. I have had a musculoskeletal issue with my chest hurting for awhile now and it still hurts sometimes and feels like pulling but it also affects my ribs. I was told it's costochondritis but they aren't quite sure. My family also has fibro so I wonder if I have that as well. I have found that sitting in a recount helped when. I was at my worst and propping myself against the wall to sleep.

Hi Samantha,
I was diagnosed this December with Fybromyalgia by Rheumatologist.
I have also been having rib pain it starts either under my arms or lower down and sometimes in my back rib area. It feels as if I've bruised them although I know I haven't, tender to touch too at times. J also get like a sticking pinching sensation in my chest/ heart area and under left breast which takes your breath away.
I also have dizzy spells, joints locking and painful joints, restless legs, cramping in hands and feet, calfs feeling tight and like I have lead weights on arms and legs when I do anything. I am constantly fatigued and fall asleep at the drop of a hat! I also suffer with shortness of breath when I exercise. In exercise I mean walking slowly! I used to jog 3 times a week, and walked dogs briskly for your or more every day, they're lucky if they get round the block these days this has been going on for 7 months, not sure what has caused it.
Hope you get some answers. Have you been referred anywhere??? Ask for auto immune blood tests and also any for inflammatory disease?? If it is a virus it can take months sometimes to get over.
