Rib fracture worsens

I think I might have worsen my fracture rib I have a seizure the when I had a fracture rib and of course with the seizure my whole body moved around and there was nothing that I could to do stop it and after that my pain has gotten to the point that I want to cry and scream because it hurts so bad. Also I can't even get to sleep because of how bad my pain is and my boss is not letting me cashier anymore, I had a doctor note that said I had to cashier only for 3-4 weeks but that 3-4 weeks are over now and my boss won't let me still be on cashier even if I tell them that I am in pain. Did I make the fracture rib worse and what do I do with work?? I need some advice and fast I have to work again on Monday!
