Rib pain

I recently slipped on ice and landed on the handle for the shovel since then I think I may have bruised, fractured or broke my bone. I'm not sure since I've never had a broken bone. 

When I stand up to do my house work after 5-10 minutes I get this tired feeling in my ribs where they cramp up what does this mean?

    Hi Tanya, sorry but I am confused. Did you perhaps mean to post this in another thread/forum? Were you previously diagnosed with colon cancer or have displayed symptoms of such?

    Although you are in the wrong forum, perhaps the best advice is to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
