Rib pain

hi. i tripped over something at home and took a heavy fall and wound up with pain in upper right side ribs. im on blood thinners so cant take anti inflammatories. it's 3 days now and pain can be severe at times. i usually sleep on my right side so i have to try to sleep on my left side.first 2 nights i actually slept on my right side which didnt help the healing process. im just going to brave it and hope for the best. . any advice welcome.. cheers Kevin ..
