Rib pains started a out a week after my surgery, should I be worried?

i had my gallbladder removed 12/13/22 and from what I can tell, I've been healing up alright, I called the doctors office yesterday for some different concerns but this wasn't happening quite yet, or at the very least I wasn't worried. now when I went to bed last night, I was noticing quite a bit of pain in my URQ right below my breast, but I just tried to ignore it and sleep it off, and when I woke up in the morning and tried to turn onto my left side I was suddenly hit with a sharp pain in that same area, after that I wasn't able to sleep anymore, and now I'm very concerned because I don't know if I was even getting that sharp of a pain when I would have gallstone attacks. it is also painful if I rest my arm on that area or I breathe any deeper then normal and I've never had an sort of surgery before this so I'm very confused on if this is normal or if I should be concerned at how painful it was. it doesn't look any different then the other side and I don't feel anything different when I touch it and compare it the the left side so I'm at a loss
