Right abdominal pain coming from back

Hi
I been having nerve pain for the past 2 years now ( on and off every 6-8 weeks). When It first started i thought it had something to do with my kidney but after doing few scan and seeing numerous doctors I found out its my back. After seeing a chiro he cracked my back and it was all good. He said one of the joints in the spine is swallon and is touching a nerve.
Its not all the time, It only comes every 6 to 8 week and when I get my back cracked it goes away 90 percent of the time althought the past couple times it hasn t helped much. I cant afford to have my back cracked every 8 weeks and much prefer to fix it permantly.
I cant get a clear reason from the chiropractors iv seen as to why this happens and what I can do to pervent it, all they do is give exercises that doesn't help at all.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I ve suffered with my bck for yrs, when it started I thought it was my kidneys. I have degenerative disc diease. The chiropractor I went to won't touch me. He said because my discs in my lower bck has dried out, no amount of manipulation would help. Mine are compression on nerves including siatic nerve . I've already had a emergency decompression in 2013 which helped a bit for a while. Iam now awaiting further decompression and spinal fusion. Not the road I wanted to go down, but I've tried many none invasive treatment s. With very little positive relief. Iam only 40 I've suffered with my back from been 15 had a accident on a bus where the seat I was on, had been vandalised and as the bus went over a speed bum the cusion came away from the frame and I fell back down, wacking my coxis of a bit of 2b2 . Now am at the point where my mobility is terrible and sitting is almost impossible. Good luck did u say ud had a MRI.

Be careful as to having it fixed permanently as the best way could be through exercise and self care which may take a long time, however pleased try and avoid the surgery route if possible as it may fix one problem but a lot of the time it will cause more, maybe see a go and be referred for scans but your chiropractor will try everything to help and prevent surgery where a surgeons job is to do just that, good luck and let me know how you get on 😊

majority of people don't have surgery by choice, for me it's alast resort, yes surgery can cause further problems but it can also be very beneficial.

Back pain is awful, I've had it for thirty years, had a decompression, a fusion, and I lost count of all the other procedures over the years. After all that I am no better, I also have degenerative disc disease in three parts of my spine, and now developed arthritis.
If I could go back in time, I wouldn't have had any surgery and would have really tried harder with excessive, I hope you are helped more than I was.

No, it's too late for me, horrendous nerve pain in legs and back.
Just have to cope with painkillers and anti inflams, had everything possible, exercise was the best thing for me, but can't do that now.
Like you, chiropractors wouldn't touch me.
Scott, who posts a lot on this forum has had several surgeries including a fusion, read his posts, and be as informed as you possibly can be, there's no going back.

Five years ago... Severe sciatica on the left side. Chiro, pain shots, PT, meds...all no joy. MRI showed something weird but the neurosurgeon couldn't see the problem clearly enough. Went in and found a bone spur "crushing" (doc's word) my sciatic nerve root at L4. Shaved it off...no more pain...no rehab. Ta-da!!!
