Right Ankle Flare up

Hi all, just to find out what's the best thing to do during a bad flare up.

My right ankle has Been really sore for the past few weeks, take painkillers ,co-codamol, usual treatments do some stretching too, was recently given a kenalog injection.

Which has helped overall, but my ankle is really painful.

Should you keep walking on it or rest it just looking for a little advice really, going back to rheumatologist in few weeks but would like a bit of relief IN the mean time,

    Do you have a rheumatologist helpline contact? Best advise quick call to a rhumy nurse for advice as they will have some idea of whats going on.

    I have a helpline number they normally get back to me in a couple of hours
