Right back side head pain from the neck to the top of the head for the last 3 days

Hello guys,

The last Saturday my lymph node below the jaw(right side) swollen and painful when I touch it. The day after, there was no pain and swelling was gone, but i had some weird tingling sounds in my ear when I walk . after a while, a sharp pain from the right side back of my head (i never had this type of pain, too painful), the pain orginates from the end of the skull to the top of the back side head. It comes and goes, can't even predict when it comes.

Last 3 days , I am having this sharp pain at the right back side of my head . Today, there's a mild pain and heavy head feeling only, do you guys have any idea on what it is?
